You can obtain temporary permits for aerial and ground filming within the Emirate of Fujairah under the following terms and conditions:
The applicant must submit the request in person or via email at least 5 working days before the filming date.
An official letter (from the filming entity) must be submitted, detailing the filming plan, purpose, duration, and names of the team members.
The letter should be accompanied by the commercial and legal licenses of the entity requesting the filming.
A information form (available from the Media Office) must be completed, including details of all crew members, along with all personal and professional identification documents, visit visas, and residence permits.
A commitment form must be signed to adhere to media ethics and avoid filming anything that violates the laws and regulations of the country or damages its reputation.
A commitment form must also be signed to ensure that the video footage and photos will not be used for purposes other than those specified in the official filming request letter.
